Since Spring is hopefully nearing us here in Kentucky, I thought I would beckon it a bit by going back a bit to showcase Ashley and Parker’s light and airy summer wedding from last season! They had a gorgeous day and, although it was blazing hot, everyone had a ton of fun at their beautiful outdoor reception!
I cannot say enough about their day–filled with love, laughter, and such emotion! It was awesome from start to finish! And their album is being bound in Italy right now! They chose a gorgeous ivory glove leather cover with an embossed silver band and I will share photos of it as soon as it gets to us!
I also love their images because it features our photography so well–our mix of drama, color saturation, and a dash of light, airy images make us who we are as Monarch!

Classic details for a classic day...

St. Aloysius is a gorgeous church! They were married in the original chapel!

And that gown was breath-taking!

Ashley was glowing with energy!

And I love the celadon and white combination!

And her awesome family!

Parker and the boys--what a great group!

Moments before the ceremony...

The newly renovated church--so light and gorgeous!

Married!

Love the reflection...

Fun before the reception...

So cute!

A little texture...

One of our engagement guest book designs and viewing cards!

Summery and light!

For Ashley's father, who passed away from ALS before the wedding.

They entered from the front doors of Ashley's parents' home--so sweet!

The reception was on the front lawn of the home--their first dance was adorable!

Ashley danced with her brother, in memory of their late dad...

This is Isaac, Ashley's nephew--what a cutie!

The cake was FABULOUS! It was chilled and had strawberries in the cream filling. So good!

Fun was had by all, including Grandmother--who is in the pink outfit!

The home has a beautiful amount of land, so we took a walk with Ashley and Parker in the late afternoon...

Gorgeous! Congrats, you two!
