Don’t forget that today is Veteran’s Day–it is so important for us to let those wonderful people know how much we value their service to this great country.

I come from a family with strong military ties–my brother, my uncles, several cousins, and many of my friends have served in the military. And Jonathan himself is a U.S. Army veteran, having proudly served our country in the 90′s. His dad served in the Vietnam War and his Uncle Jim served in both Korea and Vietnam.

We also have several clients whose spouses are overseas in Iraq, so I wanted to take the time to let them know how grateful we are for their service and bravery. One day they will be able to come home and call themselves war veterans.

So, take a moment today to remember these great veterans of the past and present–they are our true heroes. And also remember those who are currently in the military–we are proud of you.

And to those who lost their lives at Fort Hood last week, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
