Before Christmas, we met John and his mom for a quick senior portrait session–it was chilly outside, but the area down by our home studio made for an awesome background! Then we headed back up to the home studio for some classic portraits!

And here are a handful of my favorites! He is so natural in front of the camera–John is a singer and great stage performer, so he has a nice comfortable sense of being photographed.
This one is so simple–I love it. He could even use it for audition headshots!

The sky was gorgeous that evening! And you can really see our off-camera lighting illuminating his face on this one–that is the difference that makes for gorgeous images with great depth!
